Deadline for claiming reimbursement for out of pocket expenses and documented complaints made prior to class notice is January 3, 2020.

Deadline for opting out of or objecting to the settlement is November 4, 2019.

PLEASE NOTE that there was a typographical error in the class notice that was mailed to class members, which stated that the Class Action Settlement covers model years 2015-2018 Hyundai Sonatas. The class of vehicles that are included in this Class Action Settlement only include the model years 2015-2017, and not 2018.
